The module is an ICT-inspired management discipline which aims at facilitating the alignment of the various dimensions of an enterprise towards its strategic goals.
It takes the participants through a double journey: from Enterprise Strategy to its depiction in the various EA artefacts.

Topic Leader Alexandre Mpasinas
Alexandre is an experienced strategy consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the public sector. Skilled in project management, human ressource management, negotiation and relationship management, among others.
He is able of making decisions in complex environment and has a strategic mindset with a pragmatic can-do approach. He is rigourous and reactive, stress-resistant and at ease in multicultural contexts.
With a Master in business engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a strong experience in academical research and teaching, Alexandre has always shown enthousiam and an entrepreneurial spirit in his previous work experiences where he is used to interact with C-level executives from both private and public organizations.
