It takes the participants through a double journey: from Enterprise Strategy to its depiction in the various EA artefacts.

Our objectives for you are to:

Understanding the enterprise strategic planning process, the ICT component of it, and the contribution of Enterprise Architecture.

Understanding how anything has an architecture and how this architecture determines its qualities.

Awareness of Architectural thinking.

Awareness of EA practices and frameworks.

Awareness of the soft aspects of being an Enterprise Architect.

Identifying and understanding patterns, tradeoffs at various levels.

Understand the principles and practice of Project and Program Management.

Understand the fundamentals of Cybersecurity

The module is concluded by an assessment (multiple choice questionnaire, short assignment, workshop, report writing and/or presentation before a panel jury) to validate its completion.

Topic Leader
Alexandre Mpasinas

Alexandre is an experienced strategy consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the public sector. Skilled in project management, human ressource management, negotiation and relationship management, among others.

He is able of making decisions in complex environment and has a strategic mindset with a pragmatic can-do approach. He is rigourous and reactive, stress-resistant and at ease in multicultural contexts.

With a Master in business engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a strong experience in academical research and teaching, Alexandre has always shown enthousiam and an entrepreneurial spirit in his previous work experiences where he is used to interact with C-level executives from both private and public organizations.
