Thanks to subsidies from the Brussels-Capital, the Walloon and the Flemish Region, you can save up to 50% on the price of your trainings.

Your options, depending on your company's location:

1. Through the Brussels-Capital Region
2. Through the Flemish government 
3. Through the Walloon government

Our courses can be subsidized by the Brussels-Capital Region. You can save up to 50% in your training if you meet certain requirements.

Subsidies are granted to small and medium-sized enterprises (less than 250 employees). Thanks to the fact that all of our courses improve your company’s competitivity, they are all qualified for the subsidies.

In order to be eligible, you need to fulfil the following conditions:

• Your company must be located on the Brussels-Capital Region
• Your company has to belong to the private sector (less than 25% public)
• Your company has to comply with applicable regulations in the Brussels-Capital Region
• Thanks to the subsidies, you can get reimbursements up top 50% and even to 60% if your company is less than 4 years old.

If your training invoice is between 1000 euro and max. 3000 euro you can receive the subsidies from the Brussels-Region. You can obtain up to 3 subsidies in a year.

ATTENTION: You must fill in the request one month before the training at the latest.

Which project can be included?
Projects thathave benefit of subsidy can cover several workers of the company (excl. interns and students).

At Ataya partners Academy we fulfill the 3 main requirements. Therefore we are recognized by the Brussels-Region for the subsidy:

• The training has to improve the company activities or the economic development.
• The training is shorter than 6 months
• Has to have an exceptional or urgent characteristic.

How to ask for the subsidy:

• First step: Fill in the form one month before the start of the traineeship. You would need to fill in the form and all the required documents. Via this link.

You need to log in or create an account. This is with your company registration number.

After completing the form and sending the required documents you will receive a confirmation email within maximum one month.

• Second step: Start your training
• Third step: Payment of your subsidy

After you finished your training you will have to send your invoice and proof of payment to Brussels Economy and Job.

Brussels economy and job will deposit you the subsidy in one transfer.

Subsidies are granted to small and medium-sized enterprises (less than 250 employees).

• Your company has to belong to the private sector (less than 25% public)
• Your company has to comply with applicable regulations in the Flemish Region

Small enterprises can get subsidies up to 30% with a maximum of 7.500 euros a year.

Medium-sized enterprises can get subsidies up to 20% with a maximum of 7.500 euros a year.

Remark: the e-learning and the self-study courses are not taken into account.

Remark 2: your request has to be submitted 14 days after the beginning of the training.

Subsidies are granted to small and medium-sized enterprises (less than 250 employees).

• Your company has to belong to the private sector (less than 25% public)
• Your company has to comply with applicable regulations in the Walloon Region

You can get subsidies for an amount of 1050 euros. All of our trainings are qualified.
